Nissan 24-Hour Roadside Assistance is a service offered freely to all Asutralian new Nissan vehicle owners.

If your keys are locked in your Nissan or if you've flattened your battery, or got a puncture, or even if you've run out of fuel, Nissan Australia will help to get you and your Nissan going again at no charge* - and there's no limit to the number of calls for help you can make to Nissan.

* Batteries supplied by Nissan Australia or its agents outside the period of the Battery Warranty (which is contained in the Warranty Section of the Vehicle's Customer Information Booklet) are at the customer's cost.  Five (5) litres of fuel for emergencies is supplied free by Nissan. Any extra fuel supplied must be paid for by the driver/customer.

If you lose your Nissan ignition key, Nissan will arrange for it to be replaced for you at your cost.

If your Nissan 4x4 suffers any problem other than those mentioned above (excluding theft or accident) and is rendered immobile, with your approval, Nissan will transport it to the nearest Nissan Dealership or a suitable alternative repairer.

If a problem occurs while you are driving your Nissan further than 100 km from your home, and the problem cannot be rectified within 24 hours, Nissan will organise and fund up to 2 nights' lodgings (room only, up to a maximum $150.00 per night).

Alternatively, Nissan may arrange and fund up to $300.00 for transporting you and your passengers, to either your planned destination or home (note: away from home benefits as described do not apply to Nissan Civilian Bus).
